Fr. Jesudas D' Costa was born in the year 1978, July 29 at Belthangady. He has 5 elder brothers and 1 elder sister, who has become a Ursuline religious nun. Fr. Jesudas is the youngest one in the seminary. He has finished his primary studies at Holy Redeemers Church School, Belthangady and high school studies at St.Therese High School, Belthangady. Thereafter decided to join the seminary. Remaining at Gladsome Home(minor seminary) he did his PUC studies at St. Aloysius College. He had his graduation at Sri. Bhuvanendra College, karkala. In the year 2000 he joined St. Joseph' Inter- Diocesan Seminary. After completing 3 years of Philosophy studies he had his 1 year of regency at Holy Family Church, Omzoor parish( Meramajal, Farangipet). After 4 years of Theology he had Dioconate ministry at Bela in Kasaragod District. He was ordained on 15th April 2008. He has completed 5 successful and fruitful years of priesthood in different parishes . On 21st of May 2013, he was transferred from St. Sebastian Church, Permannur to St. Jude Church and Shrine, Pakshikere.
