Environmental day celebrated on 12th July, 2015 after mass. This was organized by ICYM unit of our parish. Mr. Paul Miranda, Asst. Director of Agriculture and Watershed Department of D.K district, spoke about the importance of Environment and its direct effect on human beings. Fr. Andrew Leo Dsouza, Parish Priest, Mr. Vincent Dsouza, Vice President of Parish Pastoral Council, Mrs. Lucy Dsouza and Mr. Kenith Rorigues, President of ICYM, Pakshikere Unit , were also present. Mr. Paul Miranda gave a start by planting the plant along with Fr. Andrew Leo dsouza, Mr. Vincent Dsouza, Mr. Kenith Rodrigues and Mrs. Lucy Dsouza. The gathering present took their desired plant and dispersed joyfully.
