On 23rd October 2016 there was Horekanike Procession organized by the parishioners and pilgrims of the shrine from Pakshikere town to Pakshikere church. On the same day there was mass and Eucharistic procession and Kannada preaching at Pakshikere town. After the benediction in the church the parishioners were honored those who were founders and patrons of the parish. And also those who contributed as Pirgenth and Mudhoms. At the end meals were served for all people. That day’s liturgical service was animated by Rev. Fr. Roman Pinto Parish Priest Thirthahalli. Nearly 1000 people participated in the liturgical service and meals that followed.
