Confraternity Sunday Celebrated in St Jude Shrine Pakshikere

St Jude Shrine Pakshikere observed the Confraternity Sunday on 22nd October, 2017 as a preparation for the Annual Feast Celebration. The procession of Eucharist was the main attraction which was witnessed by the non Christian devotees.

Rev. Fr Cyril Lobo, Gulbarga Diocese conducted the entire ceremony. The grand procession of Vojem began at 4:30 pm from Pakshikere Bus Stand towards Pakshikere Church. Many people participated in the procession. Novena to St Jude was conducted by Rev. Fr Andrew Leo D’souza.

Thereafter the Holy Eucharist was celebrated by Rev. Fr Cyril Lobo. Rev. Fr Andrew Leo D’souza Parish Priest of St Jude Shrine and Rev. Fr Clifford Pinto Assistant Parish Priest con-celebrated the Mass. After the Mass St Jude Id cards were inaugurated by Rev. Fr Cyril Lobo. 

There was Eucharistic procession from Pakshikere Church to Pakshikere Bus Stand followed by Homily and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Meal was served at the end of the ceremony which is prepared by Pakshikere Parishioners.
