A day to be treasured where the entire parish got together to bid a very tearful farewell to Rev. Fr. Andrew Leo D'Souza, who served the parish for 7 years with all his heart, mind and soul in giving love, service and concern to all who needed it. He was a source of inspiration to many people and had a big heart to forgive and forget who so ever wronged him. The person who never thought bad on any person was transferred to a nearby parish at Bondel, which is dedicated to St. Lawrence. The parishioners along with the parish pastoral council honored Rev. Fr. Andrew Leo D'Souza with love and gratitude.
Farewell to Rev. Fr. Clifford Pinto: A Role Model for the Youth.
It is very hard to find a role model for the youth in a complicated and sophisticated world of today. It was his love for the youth and the altar servers that made a remarkable change in the church of today. He served the church for a year with love, service and concern. A soft natured person who won the hearts of the young with his immense presence and love with determination to serve the Lord with love. He is transferred to Bondel as the new principal of St. Lawrence English Medium School and the assistant parish priest of St. Lawrence.
