Parish Day: A Day of Remembrance

Parish day is a day where the entire parish gets along to celebrate their togetherness as one family.The Parish Day was organized on the 13th of May 2018. There was a Holy Eucharistic celebration followed by the extravaganza of the 6 wards performing with the spirit of oneness and unity. Similarly as a token of respect and gratitude the committee of the church decided to honor these humble donors who served the church with their valuable service and contributions to the church. The humble donors wereMr.Cyprian D'Souza- Suratkal (donor of land to the church),Mr. Roshan Belman (Founder of Humanity Trust),Mr. Joseph Crasta(Founder of Snehalaya),Mrs.Therese Sequeira(Retired Head mistress of the School),Mrs. Dora Peris(Retired Teacher),Mrs.GracyMiranda(Retired Teacher and Donor of the Land) and Mr and Mrs. Theodore Dona D’Souza (Main Donor of the Hall). The students of the parish who scored distinction in SSLC and PUC were honored for their extraordinary effort in their exam.

The program ended with a grand supper organized by the effort of all the 6 ward’s contribution by preparing various foods to relish.
