The schedule of the Retreat was as follows:
From Jan 18th to 20th in Sohar, Jan 22nd to 26th in Ghala, Jan 29th to Feb 2nd in Ruwi and from Feb 3rd to Feb 5th in Salala. In two Parishes there were Night Vigils. Jan 26th at Ghala from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. and Feb. 2nd at Ruwi from10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m..
It was my privilege and joy to preach Retreats in Oman. The main theme of the Retreat was “Let us live in the kingdom of God and proclaim that kingdom to others”. The Retreat was mainly for Konkani speaking Community from Goa, Karwar and Mangalore who are working there in Muscut. The talks were mainly based on the word of God pointing to the reign of God (Kingdom of God) in our hearts. Many people were benefited from this Retreat. The Konkani Speaking Community was extremely happy to have this Retreat in their own mother tongue. Other people also attended the retreats and Night Vigils.
