Confraternity Sunday held

As a preparation for the feast ‘Vojancho Purshanv’ and confraternity Sunday was held on 25-10-2015. The program started at 4.30 pm, at Pakshikere town the parish priest thanked all. The parishners and outsiders for contributing various things for ‘Vojancho Purshanv’, as preparation for the ‘Sarvajanika Annasantharpane’ on community wedding day. Many people contributed their share in kind and cash. The procession started at 4.30 to the church followed by Mass and Eucharistic procession to the Pakshikere town. The preaching was there in Kannada. After the preaching the procession proceeded to the church .a t the end a short adoration and concluded by benediction. After the liturgical service meals were served for all people. The main celebrant of the day was Rev. Fr. Simon D’souza from St. Xavier church Bangadi Indubettu. More than 1000 people participated in that day’s celebration.
