June 12:The commencement of the parish catechism classes was held today. The inauguration of this year’s catechism classes was done during the 8:00am mass by lighting the lamp by the Rev. Fr. Andrew D’Souza, Rev. Fr. Sunil Pinto. On behalf of the teachers, Mrs. Zita Cutinho, on behalf of the children Ms. lit the lamp. Mr.Lawrence Cutinho and Mrs. Cuthinho formally handed over the children in the hands of teachers. In the introduction, Mrs. Shaila D’Souza mentioned about the importance of the catechism classes. Rev. Fr. Andrew in his inaugural remarks reminded parents of their duty towards their children in bringing them up in faith and teachings of the church. He thanked the catechism teachers for their selfless service and encouraged the children to attend classes with interest and to grow in Christian faith.

9th std. – Sr. Pramila.
10th std. – Rev. Fr. Sunil Pinto.
