Palm Sunday observed with Way of the Cross

On Palm Sunday 20th March, 2016 there was public way of the cross organized by Pakshikere Parish in the vincity of the Pakshikere church. At 4PM there was blessing of the Palms and procession to the church followed by Holy Eucharistic Sacrifice. After the mass, the way of the cross started .Nearly 500 people participated and walked through the roads and came back to the church compound there was sermon on the passion of Christ preached by Fr. Rakesh C.Ss.R parish priest of Saverapura the way of the cross was conducted by Br. Noel C.Ss.R. At the end there was short adoration and benediction. The whole program concluded with evening Angelus.
